Refunds and cancellation

Short version: subscriptions bought through the App Store are cancelled and refunded by Apple. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay whatever this page says. See also the terms of use.
1.Who you bought from decides who refunds you
Veyrova is distributed through the App Store, so a subscription bought inside the app is sold and billed by Apple, not by Veyrova. That means Apple handles the refund, and Veyrova cannot issue one for a purchase it never received.
There is no separate purchase on this website. If that ever changes, this page will describe those sales, and the withdrawal rights below will apply to them directly.
2.Cancelling
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period runs out.
On iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Veyrova, then Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the period ends, or the next one is charged.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your Veyrova account does not cancel it either, because the subscription lives in your Apple Account.
3.Asking Apple for a refund
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the purchase and request a refund. Apple decides, and Apple tells you the outcome.
If the reason is that Veyrova did not work as described, write to ajdina750@gmail.com as well. We cannot refund the purchase, but we can confirm a fault to you in writing, which is useful evidence when you ask.
4.Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right can be lost once supply begins, and only if you asked for it to begin and acknowledged losing the right.
These rights sit above anything written on this page. Nothing here removes a statutory right, and where this page and the law disagree, the law wins.
How the acknowledgement is captured for App Store purchases, and how a withdrawal request is routed between Apple and the operator, needs confirmation by a qualified adviser. It is recorded as an open item in the project audit rather than answered here with a guess.
5.Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, the price after it, the length of the trial and the date it converts are shown before you start it. Cancel before the last day and you are not charged. Starting a trial and cancelling immediately keeps access for the rest of the trial.
6.During the beta
Veyrova is in beta and is free to the people testing it. There is nothing to refund. When paid plans arrive, the price and terms will be shown before anyone is charged, and this page will be updated at the same time.
