Your training decided today, not last month.
Veyrova reads your goal, your last three weeks of sets and how you slept, then plans one training day and one day of meals. Every number is calculated, never guessed.

How far ahead it plans
Only today is decided.
A weekly split hands you Friday on Monday. Veyrova will not: Friday is decided on Friday, from the sets you will have done by then and how you will have slept.
Everything to the right of today is empty on purpose. There is nothing yet that could fill it in honestly.
Four answers to what today should be.
A weekly split cannot know that you slept badly, or that your legs are still carrying Monday. Veyrova picks the kind of day first, then fills it in.
The choice comes from rules the code enforces, not from a model's opinion. A muscle above the fatigue threshold is not trained. Six training days in a row force recovery. The number of sessions you asked for in a week is respected.
Strength
Five to eight exercises, each with sets, a rep range, a target effort, rest and one form cue.
Run
An easy run, intervals or a tempo effort, with a duration, a warm-up and something concrete to do.
Active recovery
Movement that does not add fatigue, for when the groups you would train are the ones carrying it.
Rest
A real rest day with a reason attached, not a blank square in a weekly grid.

Photograph the meal. The app does the arithmetic.
A photo is turned into foods and an estimated portion, which you confirm or correct before anything is logged. The estimate is a starting point, and it is labelled as one.
What the photo was read as
- Salmon fillet
- Potatoes
- Green salad
- Olive oil
Four components, not one dish called dinner. A component you did not eat is removed before anything is counted.
The portion it proposes
- Salmon fillet200 g
- Potatoes300 g
- Green salad100 g
- Olive oil15 g
Every figure here is editable, and nothing is in the diary until you say so.
Priced from the food database
- Energy
- 860kcal
- Protein
- 55g
- Carbs
- 70g
- Fat
- 38g
The model names the food and sizes the portion. What that food costs is looked up, so the same plate is never worth two different numbers.
The day, after that plate
Tomorrow is planned from where today landed, not from where the plan assumed it would.
The daily meal plan is built from foods the database actually holds, sized so the day lands within five percent of your calorie target and seven percent of your protein target. If the model cannot get there, the app scales the portions itself.
What a session says
Never two exercises. Never four.
A strength day is five to eight exercises, and the app refuses to save one that is not. Every line carries the four things you need at the rack.
- Sets and reps
- 3 x 10-15
- A range, so a good day and a bad day both fit.
- Target effort
- RIR 3
- Reps left in reserve at the end of the set.
- Rest
- 90 s
- Long enough for the next set to be worth doing.
- Form cue
- One line
- The thing most likely to go wrong on this lift.
Equipment you do not own is never prescribed. An exercise you marked as disliked does not come back. An area you flagged as a problem is worked around, and the same session is not repeated two days running.

It knows what you did, so it can answer what to do next.
Fatigue, estimated and labelled as an estimate
Veyrova keeps a readiness figure per muscle group, worked out from the sets you recorded, how hard they were, how long ago, and what you reported about sleep, energy and soreness. It is a model built from your own logging. It does not measure your physiology, and it never claims to.

Ask the coach
It answers with your remaining calories and protein, today's kind of day and what you have eaten already, then suggests real meals in grams that you can add to the diary in one tap.
Coach
You have 2,008 kcal and 127 g of protein left today, and dinner is the only meal still open. Salmon 200 g with potatoes 300 g and a green salad comes to 860 kcal and 55 g of protein. One tap puts it in the diary.
Coach
Quads are at 86% readiness and hamstrings at 74%, so legs are in today's session. The hamstring work holds last week's load rather than adding to it, because that group is the one still carrying Monday.
Coach
You trained three days running and Wednesday's sleep was short, so Thursday moved from strength to active recovery. The calorie target came down with it, from 2,700 to 2,500, because the day no longer carries a strength session.

The coach is a fitness and nutrition tool. It is not a doctor, a dietitian or a physiotherapist.
Weight moves around. The trend is what the plan follows.
A single morning reading says very little, so the reading is shown next to the trend it belongs to, and next to what that trend implies you are burning. Both are labelled as estimates, and when there is not enough data yet the app says so instead of drawing a line through two points.

Download Veyrova, answer the setup questions once, and the first plan is ready the same day.
The download is free, and so are the daily target, the food search, logging a meal by hand and entering your weight. Veyrova Pro is an optional monthly subscription bought inside the app, at the price your own App Store shows.
The app speaks Bosnian and English. The screenshots on this page are the Bosnian build, photographed from the running app.
