Veyrova

Your training decided today, not last month.

Veyrova reads your goal, your last three weeks of sets and how you slept, then plans one training day and one day of meals. Every number is calculated, never guessed.

How far ahead it plans

Only today is decided.

A weekly split hands you Friday on Monday. Veyrova will not: Friday is decided on Friday, from the sets you will have done by then and how you will have slept.

Everything to the right of today is empty on purpose. There is nothing yet that could fill it in honestly.

Four answers to what today should be.

A weekly split cannot know that you slept badly, or that your legs are still carrying Monday. Veyrova picks the kind of day first, then fills it in.

The choice comes from rules the code enforces, not from a model's opinion. A muscle above the fatigue threshold is not trained. Six training days in a row force recovery. The number of sessions you asked for in a week is respected.

  • Strength

Five to eight exercises, each with sets, a rep range, a target effort, rest and one form cue.

  • Run

An easy run, intervals or a tempo effort, with a duration, a warm-up and something concrete to do.

  • Active recovery

Movement that does not add fatigue, for when the groups you would train are the ones carrying it.

  • Rest

A real rest day with a reason attached, not a blank square in a weekly grid.

The Veyrova nutrition screen in Bosnian, showing 692 calories eaten of a 2,700 target, the three macros counted the same way, and the day's meals underneath with the grams of each ingredient.

Photograph the meal. The app does the arithmetic.

A photo is turned into foods and an estimated portion, which you confirm or correct before anything is logged. The estimate is a starting point, and it is labelled as one.

  1. Recognise

The photo is read into named components rather than a single guess at a dish.

  2. Estimate the portion

Grams are proposed per component. You adjust anything that looks wrong.

  3. Price it from the database

Calories and macros come from the food database, never from the model's own numbers.

  4. Move the day

The remaining budget updates, and tomorrow's plan starts from where today actually landed.

The daily meal plan is built from foods the database actually holds, sized so the day lands within five percent of your calorie target and seven percent of your protein target. If the model cannot get there, the app scales the portions itself.

What a session says

Never two exercises. Never four.

A strength day is five to eight exercises, and the app refuses to save one that is not. Every line carries the four things you need at the rack.

Sets and reps
3 x 10-15
A range, so a good day and a bad day both fit.
Target effort
RIR 3
Reps left in reserve at the end of the set.
Rest
90 s
Long enough for the next set to be worth doing.
Form cue
One line
The thing most likely to go wrong on this lift.

Equipment you do not own is never prescribed. An exercise you marked as disliked does not come back. An area you flagged as a problem is worked around, and the same session is not repeated two days running.

The Veyrova training screen in Bosnian, showing a strength day of six exercises, each with its sets, rep range, rest in seconds and target reps in reserve on one line.

It knows what you did, so it can answer what to do next.

Fatigue, estimated and labelled as an estimate

Veyrova keeps a readiness figure per muscle group, worked out from the sets you recorded, how hard they were, how long ago, and what you reported about sleep, energy and soreness. It is a model built from your own logging. It does not measure your physiology, and it never claims to.

  • Recorded sets

Hard sets and effort, decaying over time

  • Morning check-in

Sleep, energy and soreness, if you answer

  • Consecutive days

How long you have trained without a break

Ask the coach

It answers with your remaining calories and protein, today's kind of day and what you have eaten already, then suggests real meals in grams that you can add to the diary in one tap.

  • What should I eat tonight?
  • Should I train legs today?
  • Why did my plan change?

The coach is a fitness and nutrition tool. It is not a doctor, a dietitian or a physiotherapist.

Weight moves around. The trend is what the plan follows.

A single morning reading says very little, so the reading is shown next to the trend it belongs to, and next to what that trend implies you are burning. Both are labelled as estimates, and when there is not enough data yet the app says so instead of drawing a line through two points.

The Veyrova account screen in Bosnian, showing the last weight reading of 89.1 kilograms, a trend of minus 0.3 kilograms per week estimated from fourteen days, and the daily energy expenditure that follows from it.

Veyrova is in closed beta

Veyrova is not on the App Store yet. Leave an email address and you will get a TestFlight invitation when the next round of places opens. Nothing else is sent to you.

TestFlight is Apple's testing app. A beta build changes often and can behave differently from a finished release.

The app speaks Bosnian and English. The screenshots on this page are the Bosnian build, photographed from the running app.

Your address is used to send the invitation and nothing else. It is not sold, and not shared for advertising. See the privacy notice.
